The beautiful granite kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for five and high-end stainless steel appliances including; a warming drawer, an oversized refrigerator, a separate wine fridge, an espresso machine, and a six-burner gas range with double ovens and a griddle. On the ground floor is another living area, which has more space to spend time relaxing. This space includes a wet bar, plenty of seating, foosball table, and is adjacent to the private home theatre. 

The main bedroom is spacious with a fireplace, and the incredible windows provide a breathtaking view. The en-suite bathroom feels more like a spa with a steam shower, and jetted tub with a view. The tiling and attention to detail give the entire space a soothing feel, that makes you feel as though you were at a luxury spa. A private balcony and fireplace are just a few features of the first bedroom. Its en-suite boasts a granite vanity and also features a jetted tub to soothe those muscles after a day in the great outdoors.
